Fields, research and teaching topics
Multidisciplinarity: language sciences, education sciences, psycholinguistics and educational psychology.
•     Axis 1: Pathways to reading; difficulties, disorders and disabilities, including neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs); access to learning, culture and/or employment for young people who are deaf, blind and visually impaired and with NDD; inclusive education and schools. 
•    Axis 2: Innovative digital tools as mediators in education and health

 

Biography
Agnès Piquard-Kipffer has been an associate professor at INSEI since 2021 (education and training sciences, then language sciences). Her work is supported by the UNESCO Chair in Disability, Education and Digital Technology (2022-2025), then by the UNESCO Chair in Universal Accessibility, Education and Digital Technology from 2026 onwards.
A speech therapist by training, with a PhD in language sciences (University of Paris 7), she completed a post-doctorate at LEAPLE-CNRS and benefited from a CNRS delegation to LPP (University of Paris 5). From 2006 to 2021, she was an associate professor at the University of Lorraine (Loria, Inria, CNRS).

Internationally, she is an elected member of the scientific committee of the UCL/IRSA Chair (Belgium) since 2025 and an external member of the SCALL Doctoral School Council (Félix-Houphouët-Boigny University, Ivory Coast) since 2024.
At the national level, she is a member of SURO (Société Universitaire de Recherche en Orthophonie) and UNADREO (Union Nationale pour le Développement de la Recherche et de l'Évaluation en Orthophonie), a French-speaking learned society in the field of speech therapy.

Leading major research and action research projects
Lead: Erasmus+ SurdiLPC (2023–2026, €28.5K); AVI-Corse (2022–2025, €100K); LogilecSur (2021, €1K); Handicom (2008–2011, €135K); Rapsodie (2011, applied objectives, €48K); co-lead with Jérémy Zytnicki: IDI4Sport (2023–2025, €38K, research component managed by INSEI within a project led by FEI); adapted and inclusive arts workshops – Cirqu’autisme and Éval-AID (2025–2026, €5.5K).
